We’ve been awarded this award recently due to guest reviews on Tripadvisor. These type of awards mean the most to us as the are a true reflection of what people think of our tropical island getaway. The Castaway Family is very humbled:)
Holidays with Kids Top 10 Family Resorts Awards 2011
The Castaway family were very chuffed to receive this award. The awards were based on votes by those who have visited Castaway with their families so this one’s an extra special accolade. We’ve amazing people working in our Kid’s Club. They keep the little ones occupied all day and night long while Mum and Dad have a truly relaxing break. Our Fijian nannies are gorgeous too. Thanks to all who voted for us. We’ll ensure to do our very best to be the #1 Holiday with Kids destination for many years to come. Vinaka!

Castaway Island has been awarded the Travelers’ Choice 2010 Award “Top 10 Best Resort for Families in the South Pacific” yet again. Thank you to all our recent guests who voted. This is the third consecutive year that we have won a Travelers’ Choice award.

Castaway Island, Fiji is committed to environmental responsibility – a key value of our Resort operations – in preserving and protecting the island’s lush tropical vegetation, white sandy beaches and vibrant coral reefs, by minimizing pollution and managing our human impact. In this regard Castaway has adopted the goals and objectives of the Mamanuca Environment Society (MES), raising awareness of our fragile environment through the education of our resort guests, staff and local communities.
